Cancellation & Return Policy

For return, please mail care.houseoftan@gmail.com with your original order number along with return reason within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Mail subject line should have 'RETURN - name - order number'.
• Once we confirm via mail that the return is possible, the return parcel must be couriered within 5 days of receiving the parcel.
• The returned items need to be sent in the same condition it was received in, with the original packing, respective tags.
• We only provide store credit for returns, not bank refunds.
• Incase of a customisation in the order, we will not be open for accepting any returns or issuing refunds.
• For a size exchange, once the store credit is received it can be redeemed for a purchase of your choice.
